EK7 built to make every mile easier

A comfortable step-through design combining a high-capacity removable battery, strong rear-hub performance and practical commuter equipment. The adjustable fit, front suspension, seven-speed transmission and large rear rack make it ready for daily transportation and relaxed weekend routes.

Strong, efficient assistance

A 750W rear-hub motor reaches 1000W at peak and is paired with five assistance levels, a twist throttle and an 82 N·m published torque rating. The standard speed setting is listed at 20 mph and can be adjusted up to the published 28 mph maximum where permitted.

Brushless rear-hub power supports confident starts and everyday hills. Peak output describes a short-duration maximum and should not be confused with the normal operating rating.

Five assistance levels

Select the amount of motor support to balance effort, pace and energy use. A speed sensor manages assistance, while a twist throttle provides motor control where local rules allow it.

Seven mechanical speeds

Seven selectable gears help match pedaling effort to starts, climbs and level roads. Shift one step at a time while reducing pressure on the pedals for smoother operation.

High-capacity removable power

The 48V 25Ah lithium-ion battery stores approximately 1200Wh. It can be removed for convenient charging and is secured by a key, while the listed 48V 25A controller manages power delivery.

Up to 80 published miles

Maximum-range testing conditions are not fully detailed. Higher speeds, frequent starts, hills, wind, low tire pressure, cold weather and heavier loads can substantially reduce distance.

Approximately 5–6 hours

The listed charging input supports 100–240V AC. Use only the supplied compatible charger in a dry, ventilated location and follow the instructions in the included manual.

IP54 indicates limited dust ingress protection and resistance to water splashes under defined test conditions. It does not mean waterproof: avoid submersion, deep water and high-pressure washing.

The same reference page gives two different maximum-load figures: 400 lb in its detailed table and 330 lb in its feature summary. Until the exact unit label or manual confirms otherwise, use 330 lb as the conservative combined rider-and-cargo limit.

Final assembly and adjustment may be required after delivery. Follow the included manual exactly and use a qualified technician whenever you are uncertain about brakes, steering or electrical connections.

1. Inspect the delivery. Check the carton and every component for damage or missing hardware.
2. Complete assembly. Secure the front wheel, handlebar, pedals, saddle, lighting and accessories.
3. Charge safely. Use the supplied charger on a dry, stable and nonflammable surface.
4. Verify critical controls. Check tire pressure, wheel security, steering, brakes and motor cutoff.
5. Confirm visibility equipment. Test the display, front lamp, rear brake light and reflectors.
6. Begin at low assistance. Learn acceleration and stopping response in a clear area before regular use.
